Corporate Wellness Workshops in Sandton
Built on a Framework That Sticks
Most corporate wellness workshops treat your team to a good day and leave them with nothing for the Monday after. Ours don’t.
Making wellness accessible to everyday South Africans
Wellness is not one thing. It is three.
Every workshop we run at Duality Fitness is built on the I, We, Act framework, a structured way of moving people from insight to action, individually and as a team. And every session, whatever the topic, is designed to work on three levels at once: Physical Fitness, because regulation starts in the body; Mental Fitness, because clear thinking needs a settled nervous system; and Productivity Fitness, because none of it matters if it doesn’t change how work gets done. We call the ability to carry all three through real organisational change Change Fitness, the pillar that makes the other three durable.
We currently run three workshops, available as half-day, full-day, or shorter entry-point sessions to suit how your business plans wellness days. Half-day from R8,000, full-day from R16,000, depending on group size and design requirements.
Physical Fitness
Strength, mobility, and energy. The foundation everything else depends on.
Mental Fitness
Stress regulation, resilience, and emotional capacity. Not a soft skill, a survival skill.
Productivity Fitness
Output that is sustainable. The bridge between physical health and business performance.

Burnout Awareness and Prevention
Half Day Workshop
The Burnout Awareness and Prevention workshop is a half-day, in-person or online programme that helps teams recognise the early signs of burnout, before it becomes absenteeism, turnover, or a health crisis, and builds practical, sustainable recovery habits using Duality Fitness’s I, We, Act framework.
Burnout rarely announces itself. It shows up as withdrawal, irritability, missed deadlines, or a high performer who’s quietly stopped mentoring their team, long before anyone names it out loud. This workshop gives your people the language and the tools to catch it early, in themselves and in each other.
Participants work through a structured self-assessment covering emotional, physical, and behavioural wellbeing, then move into practical recovery strategies, such as boundary-setting that doesn’t damage careers and workplace interventions leaders can act on immediately. The session closes with each person leaving with a concrete personal plan, not just an awareness of the problem.
Culture, Inclusivity and Conflict Resolution
Half Day Workshop
The Culture, Inclusivity and Conflict Resolution workshop is a half-day team workshop that helps diverse teams communicate clearly, resolve disagreement productively, and build the kind of trust that holds under pressure, grounded in the Southern African philosophy of Ubuntu and Duality Fitness’s I, We, Act framework.
Every person brings their own personal culture to work, shaped by background, family, and experience. That diversity is a genuine strength, but it also means the same sentence can land completely differently depending on who’s hearing it. This workshop doesn’t ask teams to agree on everything. It teaches them how to disagree well.
Using Ubuntu as a working framework rather than a slogan, teams move through active listening exercises and practical tools, such as structured goal-setting and group prioritisation, to turn scattered tension into a clear, agreed action plan. Teams leave with a shared language for conflict and a concrete next step, not just a better mood for a week.
Practical Wellbeing: Leading to Sustainable Productivity
Full Day Workshop
Wellbeing in Action is a full-day, flagship workshop that takes teams through Duality Fitness’s complete I, We, Act framework, addressing personal resilience, team cohesion, and organisational culture in a single, immersive day.
This is the workshop for organisations who are past the bite-sized intervention and ready for something that shifts how a team works together. It goes beyond a single topic: across the day, teams build emotional intelligence and stress management skills, strengthen collaboration and trust, and walk out with a practical toolkit they can apply immediately, not theory to file away.
Each participant receives a branded workbook with resources designed to be used long after the workshop ends. The goal isn’t a good day. It’s a measurable shift in how engaged, resilient, and connected your team is months later.
The Team Behind Your Sessions
Wellness strategy is one thing. Building a methodology that shifts how a team works is another. Duality Fitness’s programmes are developed by the two people behind the approach, delivered in person or online depending on what works for your team.
Martin de Bruiyn
Martin de Bruiyn is Duality Fitness’s Performance and Habits Coach and lead facilitator. His coaching draws on a background spanning personal training, nutrition, Agile coaching, and facilitation, and a personal recovery story that gives the work its credibility: he knows, firsthand, that lasting change comes from structure, not motivation.
Carlo Gomes
Carlo Gomes is Duality Fitness’s Team Empowerment Coach, bringing the movement and mindfulness components into every programme, along with the structural components that make up effective communication tools. With 30 years of martial arts practice, Carlo’s work creates the physical and nervous-system regulation that the rest of the methodology builds on.
Their approach is the foundation of every Duality Fitness programme, whoever’s in the room delivering it.
