Physical. Mental. Productivity
Wellness Built on Three Pillars
Most wellness initiatives fail because they treat the symptom, not the system. Duality is built on a framework that addresses the full picture — how you move, how you think, and how you perform.
The Three Pillars
Physical Fitness
Movement that restores, not depletes. From Tai Chi and breathwork to strength and mobility, we build bodies that last.
Mental Fitness
Stress regulation, recovery protocols, and the physiological science behind a calm, focused mind. Not mindfulness theatre. Real tools.
Productivity Fitness
Energy management, sustainable output, and the habits that make high performance possible over the long term.
Corporate Wellness
Most teams are not struggling because they lack information. They are stretched. Too many priorities, constant pressure, and not enough space to reset.
We work with companies that want practical support — not a once-a-year wellness day and a box ticked. The goal is simple. Help your people show up with more energy, clearer thinking, and better consistency. Day to day. Not just after a workshop.
Start with a complimentary 30-minute wellness talk. We come to you, listen to your team’s specific challenges, and show you what this looks like in practice. No pitch. No pressure.
What We Offer
We keep things low friction. Easy to start, easy to implement, and relevant to what teams are actually dealing with.
Wellness Talks
Short, focused sessions on stress, mental fatigue, focus, and sustainable routines. Grounded in science. Delivered plainly. People leave with tools they can use the same day.
Burnout Workshops
A facilitated session to help teams identify early burnout patterns, communicate more honestly, and build practical resilience. Available as a single three-hour session or across three one-hour instalments.
Wellness Activations
Tai Chi for stress regulation and focus. Light movement to break sedentary patterns. Accessible to all fitness levels. Works well during high-pressure periods or as a recurring monthly reset.
Group & Executive Coaching
Small group sessions for teams that need more than a once-off. Individual coaching for leaders carrying the weight of an organisation. Performance that doesn’t cost people their health.
Healthy Meal Delivery — FitMeals
Fresh, high-protein meals delivered to the office. Often the easiest place to start. It solves a daily problem and has immediate impact on afternoon energy and focus.
Start with a complimentary 30-minute wellness talk. We come to you, listen to your team’s specific challenges, and show you what this looks like in practice. No pitch. No pressure.
Individual Access. Expert Guidance
Coaching & Classes — Do the Work to Reach your Movement, Fitness & Health Goals
The same expertise behind our corporate programmes available to you as an individual, on your own terms.
Performance & Habits Coaching — Martin de Bruiyn
Work With Martin
Martin de Bruiyn is a Performance & Habits Coach. He doesn’t work on the gym floor, he works at the level of your system. Your routines, your defaults, your daily architecture.
If you’re performing at a high level but something isn’t adding up. Your energy is inconsistent, your habits aren’t sticking, or you’re achieving goals that don’t actually satisfy you, this is the work.
Martin sits at the intersection of physical performance, mental fitness, and productivity. He draws on years of experience as a personal trainer, nutrition coach and Agile coach, but the methodology has evolved well beyond that. You’ll leave with a clear, practical strategy and the habits to execute it.
Tai Chi & Movement Classes — Carlo Gomes
Join a Class
Carlo Gomes has practised and taught Tai Chi for 29 years. These are not fitness classes with a Chinese aesthetic. They are grounded in classic tradition across various systems, and they will change how you move, breathe, and recover.
Classes are open-enrolment. You don’t need to know anyone. You don’t need prior experience. You just need to show up.
Suitable for complete beginners and experienced practitioners. Classes focus on internal mechanics, breath integration, and the kind of regulated nervous system response that no HIIT session can produce.
Group classes. Sandton.
