About Martin

Martin de Bruiyn is a Performance & Habits Coach and co-founder of Duality Fitness. He began his career as a personal trainer and nutrition coach — ground-level work with individual clients, focused on physical results.

Over time, the work evolved. He found that the physical side of performance was rarely the limiting factor. What stopped people was not their training programme. It was the habits, routines, and daily decisions that surrounded it. The systems that either supported or undermined everything else.

That realisation became the methodology. He now works with individuals and organisations at the level of strategy — helping people build the operational architecture that makes sustained high performance possible without burning out in the process.

He works 1:1 with private clients and leads the corporate wellness offering at Duality Fitness.

Step 1 — 15-Minute Call

A short WhatsApp or video call to understand where you are, what you are working with, and whether this is the right coaching relationship for your situation. Martin will ask the right questions. You will get a clear sense of what working together would look like. Pricing and structure are discussed here.

Step 2 — Initial Assessment Session

A full coaching session focused on mapping your current habits, routines, and performance patterns. Where the system is working. Where it is leaking. What the highest-leverage intervention points are.

Step 3 — Ongoing Coaching

Regular sessions structured around your specific goals and pace. Accountability between sessions. Strategy that adapts as your life and goals evolve.
