3.1 Freshness Guarantee: Meals are designed to remain fresh for up to three (3) days when stored in the refrigerator. Duality Dynamics (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any health issues or quality concerns arising from consuming meals after this period.
3.2 Pickup Policy: Meals must be picked up on the designated date. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for meals not collected on time.
3.3 Allergen Information: While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, all meals are prepared in environments that may handle common allergens. Consumers with severe allergies should contact us directly before purchase.
3.4 Storage and Handling: Customers are responsible for storing meals at the correct temperature and consuming them by the recommended date to maintain quality.
